Recently, the upstream equipment field of the domestic SiC industry has entered a period of intensive delivery. According to incomplete statistics from "Experts say three and a half generations", a total of eight equipment manufacturers have announced their latest order signings or equipment delivery progress in the past month.
In addition to the previously reported manufacturers such as silicon-based semiconductors, Shanghai Zhonghong, and Qinglian Technology, Jingchi Electromechanical, Yangfan Semiconductor, Zhongdao Optoelectronics, and Chuangrui Spectroscopy have also revealed delivery progress and shown an extremely obvious trend towards large-scale production：
Jingchi Electromechanical: The 12 inch SiC crystal growth furnace has passed international customer acceptance, accelerating the pace of mass production.
Yangfan Semiconductor: The 12 inch silicon carbide cleaning equipment has been officially shipped, filling the gap in domestic high-end cleaning.
Zhongdao Optoelectronics: The 8-inch SiC nanoscale detection equipment has been re purchased by an important customer for the third time.
Chuangrui Spectroscopy: The fully automatic SiC substrate dislocation defect non-destructive testing system has been successfully delivered to top domestic customers.
